Very happy with this practice! The vet was very tactical with our cat (as she can be a bit difficult) and managed to do a thorough examination without causing any stress to our cat. We also had some questions about the fleece treatments options and the vet has been very helpful on that as well.

Ms. Ezgi took care of my cat . I was very pleased. Ms. Ezgi spoke Turkish and explained the situation to me in Turkish, which helped me understand the subject better. She is very helpful . Thank you.

I am a first time kitten mum and Mylo had his first appointment for his vaccination. The vet was very caring and overall I had a good understanding of everything being done because she was explaining and asking all the necessary questions. I would say it’s a bit more pricey than other places however I am thankful to Medivet, at-last a veterinary you can trust!

Such great service. My pet rabbit had an accident, called the vets and they saw him straight away. The professionalism was impeccable! They checked over my rabbit, gave him meds, and gave advice for his continued recovery. The price was pretty fair too. Thank you to all the staff for your help and support. Would recommend

Such a lovely vets even when we had no money they didn’t charge us to put my baby boy Apollo down and even gave me some fur and a box with his paw prints and a place for a photo so respectful and professional and lovely thank I so much for looking after my bubba till his last breath

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from this clinic. Despite being a busy veterinary clinic, it seems impossible to get an appointment. Whenever I call to inform you that I might be running late, no one answers the phone. It is extremely concerning that a clinic as busy as yours only has one phone line, and it is never answered. Moreover, the receptionist is incredibly slow. Instead of providing quick and concise responses, they spend over 25 minutes on a single call. As a result, I often end up leaving the clinic with my sick pet, frustrated, and having wasted time (and money) on an appointment that served no purpose. This lack of efficiency and responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when it involves the health of our beloved pets. I hope you take immediate steps to improve your service, starting with answering the phone and training your staff to handle calls more efficiently

Straightforward to get same day appt as symptoms were urgent. Lovely and helpful vet. Nice to have separate cat waiting area - though my cat was far noisier than dogs who were there!!

Last year, we had a health check-up for my cat and I pointed out to the vet that his gums were red. The doctor (whose name I don't remember) examined him and said his teeth and gums were perfectly fine. Last week, I noticed my cat's teeth were wobbling, and now he needs surgery to remove two of them. Never ignore red gums in a cat; it’s a serious issue. Healthy gums should be pink. The staff here seem unqualified and could pose a danger to your pet. My cat is only 3.5 years old and far too young to be having these problems.

Worst vets ever. These people love to lie and say that their busy but whenever i past the place it’s empty and their attitude over the phone stinks. do better
