Zophia Jones

Practice Manager

Zophia spends most of her time managing the practice and our wonderful team. Keeping everything running smoothly is more than a full time job, and on top of this Zophia is always looking for ways in which we can exceed our clients' expectations. Most of Zophia's time is spent behind the scenes supporting our team, and complements the veterinary staff. She particularly likes the diversity and challenges that occur daily, and helping owners and their companions. Outside of work Zophia is just as busy with her three boys, two dogs and cat. Unsurprisingly, the animals are easier to deal with.

Made the decision to switch to this veterinary practice after a disappointing experience else where. From phone call to appointment everything was handled professionally, the reception staff were so welcoming and the clinic itself is clean and spacious. The vet was gentle towards Reggie and understood his needs as a sassy little character, she recommended some medications for our concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I’m so glad I made this choice and would recommend this practice based on efficiency, friendliness and affordability. Thanks again!

Shocked that the vets staff made no attempt to clean up a pile of dog mess in their doorway even though they where aware of it and customer where trying to avoid it. Another customer had to ask the receptionist to hold her dog while she took it upon herself to sort it as she was concerned her dog might trest in it
