The service is great, however it has become almost unaffordable. The prices have become overwhelmingly expensive since the refurbishment.

I have been taking my little yorkshire terrier Collin to see Vet Tara in the past. I would like to thank her for taking the best care of my little guy who is starting to feel comfortable with her. I received the best advice and service. She is the most caring and kind person and I have total confidence in her. Staff at Reception are always so helpful and polite. Thank you again with all my heart.

I changed vet after several times going in with my senior dog and ending up very distressed with little answers and each time they pressured me into hospitalising her. But it's only ever been upset stomach/worm / vomiting and grass seed infection in paw. They give very generic diagnosis and tell me it could be a wide range of things and then they pressure to do all kinds of unnecessary screening tests. But when they identify a heart murmur they failed to investigate it then and only focused on making me think my dog is on deaths door and need to be hospitalised for 4 days....my dog only had boughts of diarrhea and vomitting that passed with antiacid, fluids and deworming treatment. Now that I change vet, I got a scan of my dog's heart that is enlarged and pressing on her throat which is likely why she coughs. That could have been treated sooner. My new vet didn't pressure me into hospitalising her this time to rack up several thousand pound fees, but I'm sure the Dr at medivet would have told me best that they keep her hospitalised for days. So glad I changed vet and avoided being traumatised again

Worst ever. Last year they are not only charging for the services they did not do but also misdiagnosis my cat. They are also so good at booking appointments when they are not even open. They told me to get Rabies Vaccine for my cat on 29th of June, and they said that they are open on Saturday. But oh well

Medical services is good. However their retail prices for lets say Feliway is severely overpriced. Other stores sell for £15-£20 per refill but Medivet Southwark sells for £39.04! Extortionate pricing.
