Excellent practice good to be able to see the same vet as my previous practice we saw a different vet each time. The nurses and reception staff are all friendly and supportive especially when I have been worried about my dogs.

Took my cat to be spayed and microchipped today, was welcomed with a smile and politeness by the lady on the desk, was seen quickly the lady we saw was lovely, explained everything to me, I’m glad all went well, would definitely recommend Medivet

We went from a poorly dog to a life saving operation in a matter of hours. I can't thank Saskia at Shawbirch, Duncan at Oakengates and all the supporting staff enough. The care that they showed and the communication that they provided kept a traumatic situation under control. We now have a very happy dog back home with us!!

Duncan is an absolutely incredible Vetinary surgeon! He has just removed a second mast cell tumour, from my blue Staffy, Titus. Luckily, as previously, this was caught very early and surgery a great success. Duncan is warm, inclusive, professional and highly skilled. He has neutered/spayed all three of my dogs and has afforded the most incredible level of care: taking time to explain procedures and maintaining a really pleasant and compassionate demeanour- even though he has had multiple surgical procedures, Titus adores Duncan! The team, at Oakengates, is committed to providing the highest level of care: reception and nursing staff are lovely and appointments are easy to secure- even at short notice. Like Medivet Shawbirch, this is a centre of excellence. Nothing is too much trouble and I am very reassured that the four legged members of my family are in excellent hands.

I had to have my elderly cat Alfie put to sleep which was very sad, but medivets where very kind ,the card was a lovely gesture and I appreciate the sensitivity that was shown to me. Thank you all at Medivets.
