Nose-to-tail health check
We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. Phoned to book my dog in for a routine booster injection to be advised they are not taking appointments for the foreseeable future as the vet is covering other practices due to a shortage of vets! Unfortunately as a pet owner, this is not acceptable, thank god my dog does not require urgent medical attention. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Tony is an amazing vet cares for animals and is very patient and listens to owners. Even does follow up calls to check on progress. Amazing xx thank you for looking after Flo so well x

Been coming here for the last 3 years-always lovely staff but different every time. Took pooch for vaccinations. Well this was the first time since he was a puppy that he had the whole health check and vaccinations with no muzzle! He is an anxious mutt especially with strangers but Tony the new vet was amazing with him. The team are new here i believe. Hope they settle in and stay as continuity of care would be awesome.

Tried to take a hedgehog in but got turned away saying they don't take wildlife and that the locum didn't have insurance to deal with wildlife. Ended up going to Lincoln Vet Hospital instead who took it in and informed me every vet has a legal obligation to respond to wildlife brought in.

Very caring and keen to go out of their way to help. Provided sound practical advice especially when dealing with after care which does not always involve expensive therapies. Highly recommended 👍

I visited this branch with a poorly cat as my own was temporarily without a vet. Everything was bright, fresh and clean and there was plenty of car parking space. The vet was everything you could wish for, being gentle, thorough, and reassuring. My elderly and often cranky cat responded well and was unusually cooperative. The only criticism I can offer is that there was no obvious signage visible from the road, making it difficult to identify the premises. If you are unfamiliar with the village and perhaps upset by having a sick or injured pet this is a definite problem. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Otherwise this will be resolved in the near future.
