Physiotherapy is hugely important for regaining strength after surgeries, and restoring flexibility to joints in chronic diseases such as arthritis. It incorporates pain relief techniques, helping to reduce our reliance on drugs.. All treatments are individualised but may contain thermotherapy, cryotherapy, massage, acupuncture, TENS, pulsed electromagnetic field device (PEMF), passive and active therapeutic exercises.
Only by x-raying a tooth can you fully understand it. Problems below the gum line can easily otherwise missed, and possible complications arising from extractions can be prevented with knowledge of the full picture.
