I would give 0 stars if i could. Crappiest vets ever. The vet is always grumpy and unapproachable, comes out quite rude. My cat is pregnant, they were urging my husband to bring her back to neuter her and abort the babies, as she is "at risk". Went for a second opinion, the cat is perfectly fine and safe to give birth. I'm very upset and disappointed. I do not recommend this vets.

If I could rate this place worse I would, they breach client confidentiality the staff are rude & the head nurse is even more rude allowing her reception staff to make up stories to save them from disciplinary action for breaching there contract. On top of this telling owners to feed high salt content foods to dogs, this is a big no no. If I were you I would not take you're pet here. *edit upon reply from owner* If this is the case then you've just confirmed in you're reply that you're receptionist practiced the opposite of this, the dog in question was re-microchipped then you're receptionist started contacting previous owners to create a weird story which resulted in a misunderstanding between me & previous owner, very unprofessional & it wasn't you're food which you recommended but sardines in brine from a supermarket which is a high salt content food not suitable for any dog. Speaking of which you're reply is slightly salty & contradicting, you're very welcome for my review as is the rest of the people I am making aware of you're unprofessional practice after all you're pets like family & you need to be 100% sure you're choosing the correct vets.

I walked into this Medivet "store" (I say store because let's be real, all they try to do is upsell you an AWFUL brand of "food" (a word I use lightly as buying Royal Canin for your dog is the same as digging for leftover food in the rat infested bins behind domino's a few doors down) to potentially register my dog under them. The cold shoulder given by the receptionist "Clara" that was mildly comparable to camping without a tent in Greenland in the late 90's! I was asking some genuine questions about practice times, procedures and costs when I had a leaflet shoved in my face! The reception smelled like faeces too. -1 star.

I had to put my std poodle to sleep on the 3 July, as we all know not easy to loose your best friend! I was dreading going to the practice, but when I arrived, I was pointed to the room where we will be meeting the vet. The room was beautifully prepared with candles, soft calming music playing in the background, with a soft dog bed for my old boy to lay down on. Tjitske took her time with us, chatting explaining and answering all my questions. I have never experienced such kindness in my whole life, how kind she was with my old boy and to me. Thank you to you and your whole team! For all the support and kindness!

The best Vets around!!! These guys are honestly incredible at what they do- They are all so loving and caring towards clients and the animals in their care. My little foster dog had a dental 2 months ago and he was extremely nervous on the day of his operation- I honestly cannot remember the name of the student nurse, however he was absolutely amazing with Boris and made him feel so at ease when he was there, thankyou so much… Tjitske I think was the Vet for Boris when he was there for his op, She is brilliant at what she does and honestly I cannot express how greatful I was!!!! And a huge thankyou to Ciara the receptionist for booking us in for appointments super quickly too :) There was one other nurse on aswell but I can’t remember her name who was also brilliant! And ran through his after care from his operation Extremely grateful for the love and support you gave to little Boris- He has been adopted now and is living his best life and is such a happy dog thanks to your help with his teeth problems and helping him be in less pain than he was- and he will be back in the next few months for his next dental, Thank-you Medivet team, its been very much appreciated x
