This is not serious company. I’m Coming with healthy dog for free puppy check sugest after the register in website "medivet". Then I have to pay £53 for completely nothing Ridiculus. This is something wrong. I’m just losing my time and losing my money. I wasn’t many time on similar place and I never see something like that. I will say stay away.

We had to take our dog Norman as he had a battle with a squirrel and got a cut on his nose, the vet was so kind, Norman is a rescue from Romania so on the surface looks absolutely fine but his experience in Romania has clearly caused him so many problems with regards to trust and when we left the poor vet really struggled with him and was respectful to ask us to come and help. I want to thank Medivet for being so kind today and would happily recommend them to anyone

Had a health care plan in place that we were told is a monthly payment of £18.50 each month, I received a letter through the post saying we owe them £151.23, as apparently we agreed to a so called contract, however, WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS, all we were told was it's monthly payments nothing was said about a contract, then they said I cancelled the direct debit when in fact they cancelled it in branch to take payment there and then for the total of £18.50. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSE WHERE
