This will be the 4th review I have posted regarding Medivet but they have chosen to have the others deleted. Avoid this practice at all costs unless you believe, like medivet, that your pet is irrelevant. The reception staff are rude Julie Elliot has hung up on me several times, I've been discriminated against cos of my mental health by Allissa and other staff members, they lie, only want to help if you are spending money, say they are 24 hours but when you phone with an emergency you get told you have to go to Abbey Wood PDSA. If you want complain well, my complaint is still ongoing after 11 months, Robyn Pratt district manager sent me an email saying they no longer want me as a client but still wanting my money, I mean what does that say about the company, to me and a few others who have posted a review, it says 'Money over animals'. Let's see if this review gets through. Doubt it

I always receive excellent service from the vet nurses and all the veterinarians. Medivet Dartford have the greatest veterinarias and veterinary nurses I have ever experienced. Everyone are top of their game. Keep up the superb work Medivet Dartford.

Even 1star rating is too much for medivets dartford! Probably ok for the most basic pet care but forget it if its more complicated. You never see the same vet twice, inconsistent advice & nothing followed up. I feel the vets working here are just passing time until something better comes along as they are not bothered & apart from one young vet I saw most seem in a hurry & flustered trying to understand previous notes which in my case were always different to what actually came out the vets mouth.

Have been understaffed for two years and are only for appointments Monday to Friday ‘like normal vets’. Except normal vets can get general appointments on a weekend. If staff don’t want to work here they should be looking at the management for answers

I was in an overnight emergency with my dog because she was having trouble giving birth. There were two very caring ladies who helped me perfectly. They were professional and empathetic. The doctor is a Polish woman, I don't know her name, this person deserves everything. He is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. She explained everything to me and calmed me down. And it also helped my dog perfectly. I am grateful to her.

I was a long time client at Medivet Gravesend and now live in Cambridge. I turned to this emergency vet after my Patterdale suffered a seizure this morning. My non-Medivet practice here told me I could take him in and they would put him to sleep. I was horrified. The receptionist who took my call at Medivet Dartford was wonderful and my huge thanks go to her and the wonderful vet who advised me over the 'phone. My Patterdale has eaten a light lunch and has perked up. It's back to a Medivet Practice for me tomorrow. Thank you so very much💙
