Care fine but communication poor. They will keep your pet in over weekend without your permission claiming they want to do tests on Monday but pet is fine. phone line is never answered. Avoid like the plague unless you have medical insurance. Medivet just want the £££s.

Dr Raul, who saw my cat due to excessive vomiting, was very attentive and gave him a thorough check & took time to answer my questions. The surgery was very quiet when we were there so can only speak to my experience on that particular day.

I would give zero stars! Their customer service is disgraceful! One month later and can you believe this vet that wracked up a huge medical bill still haven’t submitted my claim to the insurance like they promised they would! So I’m out of pocket when I could have been reimbursed by my insurance by now as this matter concluded. Nothing worse than having a sick pet and then having to chase owed money. To make matters worse their credit control have the audacity to be chasing me for a £1,400 bill when they have my authorisation and I completed the consent form for the vets to do a direct claim to the insurance. A terribly stressful experience with no one to discuss the matter with. Reception take your call and don’t do anything about it, management claim to call back and never do. Everyone avoiding doing their jobs proficiently. Deeply disappointed

Very bad experience, my cat went to the clinic because He wasn’t eating, drinking, his belly was so big and he was having problems with one leg, they charged me £246 only to put 2 injections, and say that my cat need a surgery for the leg, they wanted me to leave my cat all night at the clinic, the charger was £1.000, so I said no, I found another clinic, and after 5 minutes there, checking my cat’s belly, they told me that my cat is not eating because of the leg, is because he has PIF, I can’t do nothing now, he is dead!!! The virus was so extended, because MEDIVET didn’t do their job properly, this is awful, they don’t care animals life, they just want money

Imagine calling a service which you were willing to pay for, if a cat that isn't yours is injured, and they tell you get in touch with your neighbour who is ill treating the cat. It's not important smh

Can't rate Medivet Camberwell highly enough. Took great care of my cat across his 4-day stay to treat a kidney illness, and thankfully he's now fully recovered. I'd particularly like to call out the excellent communication from the team, who always called when they said they would, explained what was going on and recommended next steps clearly, and were extremely helpful and understanding around accommodating some difficulties I had collecting him after treatment. Honestly would give 5.5 stars if I could.

My partner and I had to bring our best friend and family member (a cat) for her last journey as she became suddenly very unwell. Louis was taking care of our little one, who sadly was too unwell and we needed to let her peacefully go. Louis was incredibly respectful and very responsive. He have explained to us everything in dignified details. As a person who works in care and care for people in EOL care I can see that standard of delivery of patient care and best practice was absolutely on point in this hospital and in Louis handling. I want to thank you very much.

The vets are very lovely, but the organisation charges almost 5x the online price for prescription meds (for cats), even after the Medivet discount. Such a high markup is extortion.

Thank you Dr Louis! Super friendly and welcoming. Made me feel at ease with my dogs situation and I trusted him fully! Soo helpful and clear with information making sure I understood everything I needed to. :)

My cat did not eat and kept vomiting. I took it in for a check and blood test. The report said everything was fine the next day. The vet who was on duty spotted the unusual and called me 10 min after I put down the phone. I brought cat in, went through a X-ray and had a surgery immediately. It went well and my cat seems recovering well.
