What a place.we rushed in with our Frenchie (reign),for emergency consultation only for her to be having surgery within an hour. Collected her a few hours later. Everything was explained in great detail from start to finish. All the staff are excellent. If you need a vet this is the place 👍

My usual vet was closed (weekend) and thankfully their voicemail advised to call Medivet for emergency vet care. My elderly dog unfortunately needed to be put to sleep, and despite the experience being understandably upsetting, the care and service and compassion from Medivet was outstanding. The vet who helped (young gentleman) was incredibly caring, compassionate and I was given time alone with my dog to say goodbye and get her settled down and relaxed between the sedative being given and the full procedure being done. The level of care and kindness offered was really brilliant, I’d recommend this vet surgery to everyone - I live a few towns away and I’ll be sure to register all of our future pets here for all their care. Despite there being numerous other vets that are closer, I honestly can’t imagine any of them offering a better and more caring service. Thank you so much for making what is unavoidably an awful experience a lot more bearable and most importantly so calm and peaceful for my dog in her final moments. It’s hugely appreciated.

I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at your clinic. Unlike our previous vet, who seemed more focused on unnecessary surgeries, pills, and services, you demonstrated a genuine care for our cat's well-being. Your professionalism and friendly demeanor left us smiling from ear to ear as we left your practice. It was clear that you had our cat's best interests at heart, and we are truly thankful for that. Thank you for a great and pleasant experience.

Had to visit this vet practise for an emergency appointment for my rabbit. I was very concerned as his eye is very irritated and with discharge. When I was seen by the vet I was made to feel that my concerns where not as valid as "I could have waited till the next morning to have him checked out". I was told that nothing is wrong with him when it's clearly not the case and was advised to pay a visit to my regular vet as he isn't an exotic vet. I asked multiple times why his eye is like this but I was never given an answer. I even mentioned that he has been scratching himself more than usual and the vet replied with "I scratch myself too" even though the area around his ear was irritated. When the appointment was finished I had to wait almsot 20 minutes as the receptionist was nowhere to be found. After I payed I sat down at the waiting area for my taxi to arrive but I was promptly asked to leave as the receptionist wanted to lock the main entrance and when I explained I was just simply waiting for a taxi she again asked if I could wait outside anyways. In general I felt that my worries were completely dismissed and that as soon I had payed for the services I received I was nothing but a nuisance. It's insane how a Google search could give me more answers than an almost £200 visit to the vet. Not to mention accepting appointments for rabbits and then claiming you aren't an exotic vet. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and won't be coming back. Edit: I'm consistently disappointed by this practice without even needing to visit again. Since making my complaint, I contacted the complaints team regarding my appointment. The response I received was very disheartening. I was told that they have never claimed to be exotic specialists but as a profession, they must provide first aid to all species. If that is the case, then why offer care plans for rabbits and have your staff ask customers whether they would be interested? My main issue with this visit was the complete lack of empathy shown by all your staff. The fact that your vet was mocking and laughing at my very real concerns is unacceptable. In your response, you also addressed the receptionist's attitude. You mentioned that the reason I was asked to leave was because of "the numerous inpatients present that evening." However, after I finished my appointment, there was only one other gentleman in the clinic who arrived after me and was also made to wait since the receptionist was nowhere to be found. Between me paying and getting in my taxi, only one other appointment entered the clinic. Is it acceptable for a paying customer to be made to wait for 20 minutes, but your receptionist was too busy to wait an extra 5 minutes so I wouldn’t be left waiting outside on the pavement? I have yet to be offered even a partial refund for my terrible experience; instead, I've only received empty promises that my complaints will be discussed with the staff involved.

Poor service today, waited 20 mins over my time, asked receptionist for paper towel as my dog was panting and wetting the floor, after 20 mins still hadn't got any, only when the vet came out I mentioned to him that the floor was wet he went and got the mop straight away and cleaned it up, I didn't want anyone to slip, (because they may have sued the practice) ! Then I was on hold for 10 mins on the phone trying to pay, I eventually put the phone down, and they had to ring me back. I have never had a problem at this practice, but I was not happy with my visit today. Hopefully, a one-off
